Pendulums

Pendulums

These amazing tools have been used throughout history to locate water, to detect illness and to find gold and other gems. Here are a few things you might want to know about pendulums.

Pendulums react to your subconscious mind; nerve reactions in your fingers respond to questions asked, so using a pendulum accesses information you may not be consciously aware of.

A pendulum moves in four basic directions. Programming and setting the pendulum provides a way to interpret answers.
Sit down, dangle the pendulum from your fingers...about one or two inches above the surface you are working over.

When it hangs down motionless, think of the word “YES”. Ask questions you know have yes answers. Watch which way the pendulum moves. Follow the same approach to questions you know have “NO” answers. Pay attention to the direction in which the pendulum moves and use those directions as set responses for future questions like right means “NO” and left means “YES”.

The other two directions can be set for the responses “I don’t know” and “I don’t want to answer”. In these cases, “I don’t know” means the question is not specific enough (remember you can only get yes and no answers) and “I don’t want to answer means you may need to focus more to get the answer.

Picking a pendulum is simple; choose one you are drawn to and keep in mind that practice makes perfect. Using it every day increases the flow of communication between your subconscious and conscious minds.
